Privacy

• Data controller: Axis360 · Heber.
• What we use and why: your name, email and company and, if you provide them, your WhatsApp and topic, to book and hold this call and to record it in our partnership records (for example, to stop follow-up emails).
• Legal basis: your request for a call, as a step taken at your request before a possible contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b); Brazil’s LGPD art. 7, V).
• Where it is kept: in Brazil, where Axis360 is based, in the Google Calendar event of Heber, founder of Axis360. Google provides the calendar service and may store the data in other countries. The integration that creates the event and Fabi, Axis360’s virtual assistant, also access this calendar.
• Logs: like any website, the server logs the IP address and the page visited for up to 15 days. To prevent abuse, the booking page separately keeps only a code derived from the IP, for 1 day.
• The page loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address.
• How long: the event is deleted from the calendar within 90 days after the call. Our partnership records keep the company name, the contact and the conversation history while there is interest in the partnership, or until you ask us to delete them.
• Your rights: to access, correct or delete your data, write to heber2001@gmail.com (data protection officer: Heber) or reply to the invite. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).
